When you talk about the "military industrial complex" you are not talking about US government military spending, you are talking about the defense industry. All the guys making bombs, robots, jets, aircraft carriers, rifles, military satellites, uniforms, helmets, whatever... worldwide. You think the defense industry is smaller?
