I have no doubt somebody will step up and try to save them...but it usually is to the detriment to the shareholder of the common stock.

With cancellation rates on new homes at 40%+, 15% of the sub prime loan holders delinquent and declining home values, this whole sector is toxic.

Here is an interesting website...I could not believe what I was reading. One crazy story.
