I have alreay answered it, Drill in Alaska, Fla and calif and build more Nuke plants. That will reduce the oil be buy from the rest of the world. If we drill enough here and build enough nuke plants they maybe we can cut it to zero. What don't you get?? I know you are just playing some dumb liberal game. Grow up
