THE BUCK STOPS HERE. Many times I think the president was persuaded to go to war by his cronies with whom he surrounded himself . However, the end result is the same. He made the final decision as he himself says, he is the decision maker. So, when you blast off about those who differ with Bush hating him and therefore going only with their feelings.. who else can be the whipping boy for such a tragic error ?

Bush believed in Saddam's WMDs because the CIA believed in them and told him so. The CIA believed in them because the British, French and Germans believed in them. lol, you've got the party line down nicely, Nadine. The CIA doesn't do their own work, they just parrot the British, French and German line. Uh uh. Don't pay no attention to how the "evidence" was cherry picked by the Bush people, distorted, based on reports from unreliable sources and sometimes fabricated. No, and don't pay no attention to any protests from CIA people that their caveats and warnings were systematically ignored by people who wanted to believe one line and dismissed anything that contradicted that line. No, and don't pay no attention to exactly why the White House Iraq Group was begun or what they did. "But much of the left just seems incapable of weighing evidence; they just go with their feelings." lol, pot calling the kettle black, Nadine. Just believe what you want to believe. You serve your masters well.
