This is the time people discover that the foreign market is something you go there do a stint and retreat for ‘quality’. They discover they have to go there and stay. Let me make an analogy with when I went to work outside Brazil. Signed up for 6 months. I thought, I will do that for six months, do a small trip in Canada and Europe and return. After the first six months, I returned and the grass didn’t look greener back home. I sign up for a whole year. It just passed like a flash. As I kept going back the grass there was looking, not only less green, It was looking like Sahara desert. So I went in an open contract after that. May 15th I complete 24 years abroad. Once you discover that the devil is not so ugly as they paint it the grass doesn’t look that good and you discover a whole new concept of ‘quality’
