I am sure you have read how there are new "homeowners" who have failed to make the first payment due on their mortgages.

I wonder what their thought processes are. Maybe they expect FEMA to show up and get them out of their catastrophe. Or expect to win a lottery.

Fair enough, and agreed on gold. My work shows gold to be biased to the downside for a few months and then up for another run at $700+.

By the way, another TIO operation started today - a $17 billion add for 7 days with bid to cover of 2.15 (bod to cover was on the low side of the average).
