Before we got reclaimed water for landscaping, our bill would often be over $100 for 2 people.

Ted, if you want numerical figures, my water bill never goes above $20/month.

Then you don't have lawn sprinklers and do very little clothes washing. I forget....do you have a house or a condo? Even when I lived in an apt., my water bill was never that small.
