So, we're up to an error factor of 40-60 now in Pete's "0.1%" claim?

I wonder what else has not been taken into account? Seems the subject was not so simple after all. :)

Who knows, it might end up that the SOI transistors run 10%, 20% hotter. We're already at ~5% with minor corrections to Pete's argument.

And people wonder why I didn't simply accept his claim off the bat.
