Because he did what any other incoming president of a different party did? How many Clinton USAs did Dubya keep? Or Reagan of Carter's? I suspect you will find that number is pretty close to zero. There is a good reason for that. Being a USA means that passing Congressional approval for a federal judgeship is a snap. So they are plums for either party. No way they are going to let that fall to the opposition party.

So, why was Clinton's actions worse?

Not exactly equating. Clinton's actions where worse. He fired all of the prosecutors.

How many times does the difference between what Bush/Rove/Gonzales did and what Clinton did have to be presented to you before you get it?
