Attorney Carranza,
Please understand that at least on the hacking charge, there is some considerable evidence against your client. <grin>

Not that I want to go back and re-read all the posts but my impression at the time was that Mq edited his post between the time he was banned and the 15 minute editing time expired. Not hacking, per se, he was just tweaking El Mat.

I could be wrong.

C2, thanks for your services. The price was a little steep at an ounce of gold per hour. My psychic wounds were not quite as serious as you claimed, nor my financial wounds. In fact, I am well up since my banning by ElM. We don't want to mislead any judges if it gets to court.

It would be fun to take ElM to court and get some remedies as you suggest. He should be required to buy a CDMA2000 EV-DO device for him, his Experiment, and other family members with a minimum quarter of his DNA, and also for their mothers if the mothers don't have much of his DNA.

I'm not into formal apologies notarized in all major languages as I think all languages other than English, or maybe American, or maybe some hybrid, should be banned. I would like to see a metricated English with all sorts of anomalies eradicated.

I can't understand why people want to keep tiny languages going. People put a lot of effort into Maori for example, which is a stone age language, with no writing. India is full of dopey dialects. They can't even spell Madras, Bombay and Calcutta these days. But India had the good sense to adopt English, which is making them umpty $billions. China is trying to catch up.

As for Chinese! It's kind of aesthetically pleasing, but it's crazy. Japanese had the good sense to invent hiragana and katakana but they use a hybrid effort. Mao metricated Chinese, but that's a half-way house.

It's a shame that you felt the need to write: "Just kidding" at the end. ElM won't realize that you really are serious and that you are just protecting yourself in the USA legal system for form's sake. If you could change your price to the usual profit-share of any success, to be paid in Q, instead of an upfront ounce of gold an hour, we can continue the case.

Not kidding at all!
