The FCC and FEMA came out in Q's favor, and I think those are pretty big guns to have on our side because of the public safety angle as well as the FCC's jurisdiction over telecom.

I wonder if their presentations are online?

Not for the BRCM issue, but I want these guys when the Nokia GSM infringement injunction comes up for presentation.
