There is only one real challenge and that is to act like a business and make money, the more the better.


1) debt and over-leverage. That is solvable with a restructuring.


As that was partially self induced, I am not sure it is solvable with those same people. Furthermore, it is an ever continuing situation. Even after raising money for past debts, there are still future expenditures to fund.


2) current products are not competitive. That also appears on the way to being solved with K10 designs.


Have to let the egg hatch first and not just the size of the chick is important, but when the egg hatches.


And the other seems only interested in writing good things about AMD. Which usually turn out to be not so.


Both of those points would indicate either no expertise or intent to deceive.

periods...but man o man...until AMD dies or INTC accepts
less than 90% these guys are beating each other to death..but if and when..??.. AND if we can recognize that special point in time...longs are gonna have a nice run in both or one ..

anyone know where i could find profit/loss history for amd since they were founded? their website only goes back 8 years.

i was curious as to what their aggregate profit was since founding.
