Are you positive that those overclockers run all application workloads in addition to all Ephuds test vectors?

Or are you saying that Intel is downbinning really good parts?

Sigh. Reading comprehension problems, I suppose. What part of "is going" didn't you understand?

As far as the overclockers, it is all about bragging rights. The ones who fail at overclocking tend not to trumpet those failures. So it is self-selected.

There will be fewer successes at 45nm. But, there could be some spectacular successes.
