1. NOK is never never going to pay Q one penny after April taking account of roylaties duly earned during the term.

Nokia has already stated that they will account for WCDMA royalties by accruing them on their balance sheet. They will just stop paying them to Qualcomm until they reach an agreement.

2. NOK is never never going to settle with the Q. They will file suit after suit, obfuscate and delay at every opportunity leading to these cases taking years.

They can do all of the above until an injunction hits. Worst case, that happens in '09....but it will eventually happen.

3. On the other hand NOK will try to get Q to pay them for use of NOKs IPR and my guess is that with Q's legal team defending, NOKs chances are very good.

I dont care how badly they have screwed up on some of these cases....I still cant imagine a scenario where Qualcomm will lose their WCDMA patent infringement suits against Nokia.

BTW where is the TV?

Where are you looking?
