Apparently the Shock and Awe campaign in Iraq wasn't that all that much of either. It probably emboldened the Sunnis into thinking that, if this is the best they have we can certainly take it.

Therefore a Shock and Awe would accomplish what?

I hope the Poodle in London has learned a lesson from the Israelis who still can't find those kidnapped soldiers after having demolished a good part of Lebanon. I think it should be a fight to the finish between handheld GPS devices.
