As far as I know Iran has not launched an attack on America. It has captured some soldiers it thinks were in its waters.

You might want to review history.

Starting with November 4, 1979 and a democrat president named Jimmy Carter.

iktomi,

i think a Dresden outcome would be a worse case scenario and one, which, i've already said, I fear and do not want ----though there are millions that do---many of them of Arab , particularly in SunniLand...but, of course, they would publicly deplore and privately applaud...but you/we know that.

But it won't come to that. The principal reason for a concerted and prolonged ( if necessary ) air strikes is to disable, cripple, Iran nuke capability,,,along with as many military installations as possible...this can be done without a Dresden scenario.

As I said in a previous post, I give the Iranians credit for not hiding the aforementioned midst schools, hospitals, universities, mosques and so on.

This should be done without further delay. The outcome is beyond our prediction but I give you 5 to one regime change takes place in Iran without one American GI crossing over into Iran.
