Please don't try to tell me that what happened in 1979 or 1996 is a pretext for US aggression now. Even if you do buy that, and I hope you don't, I don't. Perhaps you were confused about my present tense post about no attack on the US, ie, no casus belli, NOW. I am sorry you suffered such confusion. I thought the post was clear, but apparently even AFTER clarifying it, you still don't get it. What can I say? It's not very interesting (for me) to have to keep clarifying something that I feel should have been clear from the beginning.

I didn't forget to mention the Khobar towers; I find it irrelevant to what I was talking about. Since I have no idea what your point is (that we were once attacked by Iran?), I'm not sure why you bring it up.
