To my recollection, Qualcomm won the breach of contract issue, but did not prevail on their position that the breach was material, and should therefore result in voiding the license they had given TI. Rather than pursue a money damages remedy, they abandoned the case. I do not recall that Qualcomm had to pay TI anything, nor should they have, as they were technically the prevailing party.
