Under the previous agreement the US was obliged to form KEDO, which provides a light water reactor.

The chinese are important because they have the most influence over the NK's.

You have got to be kidding regarding their not violating the agreement. You are alone on that one. Ah, but whats a 1kt NUCLEAR explosion between friends.
