I red the 10K and didn't find anything out of line.
I really like the fact they have a clean balance sheet and there are no parties interested in bringing the stock down.
Also they will get $20 mln from converting warrants. Maybe they will ask CY to convert sooner rather than later.

As for the distributor in Japan: probably not a big deal. Unless this distributor will find some new buyers for Simtek's products. Don't know what the chances of that happenning are. As they stated in 10K they don't care if they lose a distributor. Which must mean that getting another one is not a big deal either.

Anyway, I am very optimistic about this stock in case they hit their projections. Hope they willl. And so far they were pretty good in meeting their projections.
So if they have revenues of $47 mln this year the stock should be at least $10 by year end. But it is impossible to predict when it starts moving. I can only speculate that after Q1 is announced and they confirm full year projections - the stock will quickly move closer to $10.
