Mr Allard (founder of the NextWave SI board): if $64 million equals the effective royalty rate of 3% (that Nokia claims it has been paying in some of today's press reports)then the $20 million is less than a 1%. That shows that the parties are quite a ways apart but maybe Nokia private offer is better than its public offer. HF
