A new shopping method. Walk into store. Ask for a discount on some product. Shop-keeper refuses. Declare the price is too high. Take the product, toss $10 on the counter and tell the shop-keeper that's all he gets. Leave store with product. Shop-keeper phones police. "Buyer" complains of serial litigation and prosecution by shop-keeper. Eurocourt decides shop-keepers should charge only what the buyers are willing to pay in the case of those who simply take the product without permission. In some places, that doesn't make sense.
