Heh! Heh! Wrong again Kemosabe!

<< "A claim isn't evidence. It's an allegation." >>

There are 3 types of evidence that are admissible in a court of law. Testimonial, documentary, or physical evidence. And we aren't even in court! Ask mph. She'll verify that.

And multiple public assertions by Sr. Admin officials means it's more than likely they have access to substantial credible evidence to support those assertions. I could give a rat's a$$ what your OPINION is about testimonial evidence proffered by Sr. Admin officials. Your OPINION in this case is NOT a fact. It is dead wrong.

Their testimony is substantial evidence in the public arena.

And please don't play the WMD canard. No there weren't "stockpiles" of WMD's, but they were correct on almost every other assertion about Saddam's Iraq. And because of that fiasco, I doubt the Bush Admin would dare make a similar mistake like that again, I.E., make multiple public with assertions that could lead to military action when they have faulty intel.
