So CY takes Simtek's chip, puts its name on it and gets an award for that. Ye, real innovation, my ass. On the positive side, any publicity is a good thing. If nvSram becomes more known because of CY marketing , some of the customers might prefer to buy from Simtek. Like people heard about IPOD and liked an idea but when it came to buying the player they did some research and found out that other companies make cheaper/better MP3 players.
