That sounds about right. And a PE ratio of about 20x, on earnings which have risen rapidly over the past several years... traading gains.

And Mr. Peterffy to own over 90%.

What are your thoughts about Dutch auction bid prices in the IBIPO?

IB says $23 to $27/share. Do you think this is reasonable based on the valuations of ETFC, AMTD, NITE and SCHW??

Yahoo! Finance shows the following trailing P/E's --

AGE --- 16.9
AMTD -- 17.4
ETFC -- 15.5
NITE -- 12.1
SCHW -- 20.5

Yet mighty MER, GS, BSC, LEH only get P/E's in the 10 to 11 range....
