I just got off the phone with Schwab's global desk.

The guy told me that they couldn't trade the warrants for 40 days. He said they had to "season."

I said "You're telling me that I want to buy them and I can't?"

He said yes, it's a violation of the US Securities Act of 19??. As a US citizen, I can't buy a foreign security unless it has been "seasoned" for 40 days.

Has anyone else heard of this?
