Funny how he singles out Qualcomm only, without also listing Nokia.

Dear Mr. Svanberg:

History has shown that free markets are what is best for the common good. If a smaller player thinks they are being underpaid for their IP then they have the simple remedy available to them to withhold their IP. If the free market then refuses to cede to their increased demands then that is prima facie evidence that they were in fact not getting less than they deserved.

Agreed. it has to be structured properly so as not to trip the language of the exiting MFN clauses.
