The big lie of the NRA is that it's not a racist org. The use of the word "felon" is tool #1 of Jim Crow and the segregationist movement. Because black males usually can't afford attorneys and get sentenced to felonies much more easily than whites (even harmless felonies like marijuana smoking in some states) the NRA is able to disguise its real racist nature by pretending to be "against felons". In fact, the NRA's new liberal gun law in Florida has allowed many felons to get concealed wepaons permits, but I'll bet they're all white felons. And I'll bet very few permits are ever given out to blacks. Because the NRA controls who gets the permits. Bottomline, the NRA is racist and also the profiteering gun lobby. They profit off putting too many high-powered weapons in our society and don't care about the thousands of deadly "accidents" and wackos who go nutso with them. To the NRA the more guns the better. So long as blacks don't get them.
