The issue I see with highly leveraged company like AHP is it doesnt take a lot of loans to go sour to eliminate a lot of equity.

What are the insiders saying with their money ? Are they buying hand over fist ?

Unless you believe that we have hit the trough in the housing cycle/bubble, (and history would suggest otherwise) then I think mortgage lenders still have a ways to go.

I think ras is much more attractive than ahm at these levels
