Wrong again. He is a fairly liberal republican. His favorite pols range from mcCain to John Kerry and from Chris Dodd to Rudy. He hates Bush & Co (especially pork chop butt cheney and formerly rummy) and was against the war from the start.

Also Mike Barnacle and another sports writer. Donald Trump, Maureen Dowd..I know she is one of your lefties... He said he would never have Hillary and made some very nasty remarks about her. Cut to the quick. Imus was a Republican admittedly so who tried to have a lot of very different but interesting people on his show. He was diversified... so to speak but not a leftie.. His most liberal stand has been the war,the present President,the lack of care for the troops.. etc. He helped establish by raising $ 40.000 that trumatic care center in San Antonio for amputees.. Anyone with an autistic child would like the way he fought to have the mercury in innoculations investigated. He was currently raising money for cancer. His ranch cared for children with cancer. I would say he did a lot of good in between his prejudical,sexist and nasty remarks..
