re: Did you see where the White House is claiming executive privilege for the emails on the RNC server?

Didn't notice that. Hum, let's see if I have this right. All official government emails are supposed to go through the government server and be preserved. But Bush admin officials have been sending official emails through the RNC server, which can be deleted. But now they are claiming executive privilege for emails through a server that they were using illegally.

Boy, I suddenly smell something and it sure does stink. I've got a feeling if somebody uses their nose and follows that smell they will find some really rotten stuff.

"Did you see where the White House is claiming executive privilege for the emails on the RNC server?"

Yeah, the WH has a self-contradicting story line going, on one hand, they're claiming "executive privelige" and on the other, they're saying the emails on the RNC sever are political and not official WH business.

I hope their whole skein of lies is torn asunder.

White House spokeswoman Dana Perino had no explanation for why the RNC, the governing arm of President George W. Bush's political party, would stop Rove from deleting e-mails."

It is speculated that Fitzpatrick ordered that Rove's emails get preserved.

Did you see where the White House is claiming executive privilege for the emails on the RNC server?

Next they will be claiming executive privilege for abu Ghraib.
