Where does one get these multi enzymes.. in what form.. and what are they called ...labeled. What is Betaine HCL.. And what is your opinion of CQ 2 or whatever. Karen says I should be taking it. Had gall bladder out in January and then two cataract surgeries and have had 3 colds all ready. I have one now.. Ran a temperature and everything. Have been house bound since last Wednesday. My immune system just it not working as it had been as the past two years I had no colds.

Shootie, I recently went through a few weeks of pain from a flare-up of a hiatal hernia. I bought the GNC Multi Enzymes you recommended. They have helped immensely and the pain is gone after a little over a week. I will continue to take them. All of the advice you have given me over the years has paid off. Thank you.
