:-) We were saying the same thing! We're twins I tell you. As you know, big pharma has been berry berry good to me, and my family, since it's our bread and butter, but we also know just how powerful it is- and that power is kind of scary, since no company has an interest in actually curing the chronic conditions they sell medicines for. What they really want to do is have you live for ever, but dependent on their medicine (at least until it goes off patent)- and they don't give a flip about your quality of life. It's hard to realize that so many people out there, who have so much influence over the things we need for our health (whether Western or alternative), including information, really only care about money, and not about health- but that's the way it is, and we must deal with it. So what's the best we can do? Be informed- about Western medicine and alternative. Use the best, and the most appropriate- whether Western or alternative. And we mustn't be afraid to have discussions like this. Shoot first and Allen both have incredibly important things to say about this, both are correct, and I hope both gentlemen will continue to contribute- I've learned a great deal from both of them, and I thank both of them for their posts here.

Would you share with CW did to make him feel better and also where if one is interested they can obtain the vitamins. I hear from some workers in the health food stores that some manufacturers are better than others... For example I take a probiotic made by a company if Garden of Life. I found this company when I was given a book called Restoring your Digestive Health which I would recommend to anyone having digestive problems.. If anyone is interested in the author let me know and I will get it for you.
