Because it did a very tight diving 180 turn just before impact. I doubt the airspeed was much over 250.

The Pentagon construction is standard code above ground.

Regardless of what you call paranoia, the F4 impact doesn't apply here. Also from the lack of flash on the F4 impact, it was not thermal vaporization that lead to disintegration.
