Keith..

It might not be a bad idea to lighten up a bit here. The energy sector could well roll over in the near future per these charts.

I have sold out of most of my trading positions. I have slowly sold off most of my VLO and used the money to buy more COSWF.

My account is about 96% Canadian Oil Sands Stocks.

COSWF, SU, CNQ, ECA, NXY. I recently picked up 20,000 shares of PWE. It looks like it put in a triple bottom and the chart looks like a descending triangle - a bullish formation that I've made money on in the past. I think it will go to $35 - $37 by September, plus I get paid a 1% monthly dividend while I wait.

If anybody is interested in PWE:

I don't know whether we will see a shoulder season sell off. These charts should trump the shoulder season:

I still believe things are going to get interesting this Summer. And if there is no Saudi supply response I will go heavily into SU, ECA, and CNQ January 2010 leaps.

That's my plan and I'm sticking to it.

PTEN vs ESV

Thats an easy one to explain, one is being discounted for being at the bottom of a cycle and the other one is still near its peak cycle activity.

How much confidence investors have in 2008-2009 earnings will allow multiple expansion for both.
