I'll admit to believing in the neocon vision of democratizing Iraq and driving a stake right through the geographic heart of Islamic extremism. In that sense, yeah, I was wrong. But to blame me for the deaths of U.S. soldiers is going way too far. I've always been on the side of an American victory from day one.
