Maybe Lincoln should be blamed for the deaths of millions of Americans for "starting" the Civil War. Had the South simply seceded like they wanted to, we could have avoided all of that bloodshed. Heck, maybe even Clinton ought to be blamed for going in and bombing the crap out of Kosovo.
