Mussolini would know it, and what to call it. dissidentvoice.org It's still an open question whether OUR system can survive and recover from it. It wasn't born with Bush, but has been greatly advanced by his administration. I think it may have been born with the "military-industrial complex" Ike warned us about, after helping to create it. I don't think we've had any President that actively opposed it.
