I don't know, but I'd like to see more discussion in the media about them. I've know several people who were long-term antidepressant users, and they were utterly changed people in ways I didn't like.

I once tried one of these drugs for a few weeks, and quit because I just wasn't myself. I concluded that it was better to deal with my problem directly, rather than treating the symptoms. The experience just reinforced my general policy of trying to avoid almost all drugs, whether medical or recreational.
