That's doubtful and would be subject to some litigation. A 23 year old IS an adult, by definition.

Oh, I get it. You chose to call a mass murderer a 'kid' because he is a college student. Perhaps that is the way you describe all students in colleges and universities? I prefer to define a 23 year old male as an adult, even if he is a student at VT. There is a real tendency in this country to place perps as a victim often the practice of certain media types. I don't know if that is, or was your intent, and I don't care. I'll say it again, calling this killer a 'kid' is wrong headed. BTW, we are not talking about a 15 year old here so your query is "ridiculous".
