re: I think everybody needs to share the pain now. so tell me FDIC Chairman Sheila, WHY does everybody need to share the pain of a small number of incredibly foolish people? Why shouldn't they bear the consequences of financial decisions they entered of their own free will? Shouldn't the government allow people to fail or succeed in their lives without interference (from people like you)? Gee, I made a stupid financial decision a number of years back. Should everyone have shared my pain?
