Paul, i understand your "detest K-1's" sentiment. i'm going in eyes wide open. my hope is it will be a one-time PITA and not so bad in the future, once i get it all set up in Excel (and get my accountant trained :). i took positions that are large enough that it will be worth my trouble to screw around with setting these things up. i like the idea of SJT and HGT for the NG exposure (i already have plenty of CL exposure through COS). Kurt Wulff estimates the SJT and HGT dividends at 10.1% going forward. mcdep.com
