Gaza and WB can never be contiguous for as long as israel exists. No kidding. You'd think the partioners back in 1948 would have thought of that....... I still don't see any fundamental reason why the people of Gaza can't decide they are now part of the nation of Gazastan, and support the efforts of the Pals in the WB in the same way that the Egyptians support the present day Pals. The people of Gaza have no fundamental reason not to get on with their development (if they so choose) now that the Israelis have left. Of course, step one would be voting Hamas out of power since declaration of Gazastan would pretty much imply recognition of Israel, as in the give up the fight.
