Not one in twenty, but "more than one in twenty". A lot more.

So its one in five in terms of people, and almost 1 in two in terms of households. In VA, its likely higher then the average for the country as a whole, esp once you get outside the DC metro area.

Also there where a lot more than twenty people in the two buildings where people where attacked. If one in a hundred, or even one in 200, where carrying you would probably have had an armed person available.
