My wife does not have TMJ any longer. One dentist wanted to rebuild all of her molars to the tune of $8000 nearly 20 years ago.

Her TMJ if that's what it was and her migraines ended with the combo I mentioned earlier. Also, Alka-Seltzer GOLD is the preferred type as it does not contain aspirin.

Caffeine can make you grind your teeth and irritate the nerves that run up your face to the sides of your head just above the ears.

ALso add Potassium/Magnesium Aspartate to your diet as it relaxes smooth muscle which can reduce the stress in your bite.

I cannot imagine a prescription drug that would "cure" this problem. It can only mask the pain.
