That is contradicted by George Tenet's claim to Bush that the WMD case against Iraq was a "slam dunk". Colin Powell was a witness about that who has described the conversation. Therefore I have to say someone claiming the opposite has to be an unreliable source.

BTW I see Drumheller's source also claimed Saddam had chemical weapons. Just no active weapons production program. Another source contradicted that and the CIA believed that source.
