During the CC call they said about being more conservative with estimates. But later they sounded very optimistic about the recovering of RAID industry and about the fact they don't experience much pricing pressure.
Which causes me to think the new lower projections can be further be revised if the industry slows down again and/or the prices go down.
And thier new projections of $40 mln imply that 2H2007 revenues will be $24 mln which is 50% comparing to 1H2007 revenues of $16 mln. This is too good to be true. Actually this sounds kind of unrealistic and I am afraid they might revise the 2007 estimates down again.
So as usual, it is all about the future. And the future still looks good. Meanwhile I would expect the stock to trade between $5 and $6.5 until q2 results are out. If they confirm the 2007 estimates of $40 mln during q2 CC, the stock will start moving up. If they revise the estimates down, the stock still might start moving up a little depending on their projections.
It is still good risk/reward situation. The worst case the stock will be at current levels. The best case - it will be much higher. Unless there is a recession this year or next.
