Mustard gas is heavier than air and sinks. Therefore it it not a good terror weapon. It might kill someone if they are lying on the ground or hiding in a hole, but only a foolish terrorist would use it. The point is that MG does not qualify as a terrorist-friendly WMD. And it is the only poison gas Saddam had. But the rightwingers like Santoruym and Hannity lied on TV saying the MG proves Saddam had WMD. That mustard gas would have been no threat whatsoever to us or our allies. Also, the shells were more than 30 years old and in very bad shape.
