Last minute of the CC is about this.
I can be mistaken but usually the CEO of the company that gings the bell is interviewed by CNBC for a couple of minutes.
That might bring many new investors. Even small disbalance between sellers and buyers can cause this stock to move. And there won't be any sellers among people who finds out about Simtek on May 11. And some of them might become buyers.
