Like i said, i would do anything to save kids, any kids and if there was a priced to be paid, i would pay it. Really. I asked another poster who put up the same hypothetical situation what he would do in a slightly different hypothetical situation. I don't know if my post was ever answered. What if the 'terrorist' with knowledge is another child...your child? You are saying that you would be fine if a thuggish cop tortured your child in order to get information that would 'save' other children. Say that those other children are not yours but those of strangers. In that situation, you are saying that you are fine, in fact you would encourage without reservation, that thuggish cop to waterboard your child or pull his fingernails off or beat him within an inch of his life in order to extract information. Nice parent you are.
